The project scope of works involved the complete refurbishment of a penthouse apartment including the demolition of existing living areas, bathrooms, kitchens and external balcony spaces.

All selected finishes were of the highest quality and selection of suitable trades with experience in this type of finish was essential.

This scope of works generally involved involves the removal of the existing walls, ceilings and entire bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces, new timber windows, doors, motorised awnings and all associated services works including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, audio and security works.
New feature detailed Joinery items were installed to the powder room, kitchen, lounge/living and walk in wardrobe, ensuite and external balcony spaces. Other finishing trades include tiling, carpet, render and painting, blinds and furniture.
