The works under contract for the Manly Warringah Women’s Resource Centre involved the construction of a new building to house two self-contained units and the refurbishment of an existing communal living building to create four self-contained units.

The excavation scope of work involved the excavation of the footings for slab on ground.

The main construction scope of work involved the construction of two self-contained units (one at each level) that are 37m2 each, timber deck linking the two buildings and minimal landscaping to site.

Work to the existing communal living building to create four self-contained units included but not limited to minor changes to walls, new finishes, new kitchenettes in each unit and one new bathroom.
