Upgrade and Construction of Amenities Building for Coffs Harbour City Council

This project consisted of the upgrade and reconstruction of the MaCauleys Headland Amenities Building, Coffs Harbour.
The scope of works involved the removal of the existing amenity block and concrete foot path situated at the Northern end of Ocean Parade. Concrete was to be recycled at Coffs Harbour City Council Howard St facility.
The main scope of works involved the construction of the new amenity block which consisted of concrete slab on ground, precast panels, fitting and fixtures and plumbing and electrical connection of services.
The project was delivered ahead of schedule to the complete satisfaction of project architect and client.
